The Brief
The Blackpink Singapore concert was weeks away, which meant the content had to feel current immediately. The product was customisable luggage, but the real audience behaviour was self-expression, fandom, and the excitement of preparing for the show.
Our Approach
We treated the luggage as part of the concert ritual rather than a standalone product. The edit language, styling, and pacing were built around fan culture first, so the product could enter the story naturally.
